I signed up to work out with Carter Fitness in August 2007. I had slowly put weight back on, and couldn’t fit into my summer clothes from the year before. Working out was always a chore - since starting at Carter Fitness I’ve dropped 3 dress sizes, and almost 15 pounds - but I’ve added amazing muscle tone and feel great in my new clothes. I look forward to my workouts and even go in on extra days to do more! Amazing! Josh B makes my workouts so much fun and both he and Josh C are always so encouraging. Thank you!

Josh has completely changed my life by providing guidance and encouragement in both my exercising and eating habits. In the past I have worked out with other trainers without any noticeable results. Josh knows how to motivate a person to achieve and even surpass their goals. I have dropped near 100 pounds and I have never been in better shape in my 59 years of life. THANKS JOSH!!!!

When the 3 of us were hired as background singers for Hilary Duff we knew we had to get into shape. We had worked out before but with all the dancing and singing every night we needed someone to help us take our work out routine to the next level.
Josh helped us get into shape fast. He also gave us workout and food plans that we could use while we were on the road for months on end.
Family and friends noticed within the first month how much tighter and toned our bodies had gotten.
Josh is also extremely motivating and fun to work with. Every session seemed to fly by. He made you sweat and work hard but he also had you laughing while he explained what each exercise was for.

At age 47 I had a 37" waist, was soft, lazy and fat, not to mention a heavy smoker. Since I started training with Josh 3 x a week I have now burned off a ton of fat, dropped down to a 34" waist, increased my chest to 45" and pumped my arms to 17". I quit smoking, eat healthier and I am energized and feel great!

I knew after the first week I had made the right choice, not only was he guiding me to my goals, he explained how important it was to change my nutritional intake and what a difference this has made in my life. The one hour sessions have become a welcome routine for me and my body has improved faster then I had ever expected and keeps improving on a weekly basis. His desire to help people like myself and your true concern for your clients is to be commended!
